Ridley Scott makes a prequel to his all-time famous movie

Famous movie director Ridley Scott is currently wrapping up his new movie "Prometheus" which is a prequel to his famous 1979 horror movie "Alien." Scott claims that "Prometheus" is not a direct prequel to the original, but it is based and set in the same universe. Although recently the official full trailer for the new movie was just released, and evidence in that proves otherwise, showing many different landmarks and settings from "Alien." The main story line of the movie is based on a group of scientists who set out to find the origins of humanity, but find "something" that could be the end of it. Scott claims that all the aliens will still be the same with the classic "face-huggers", "chest-bursters", and "xenomorphs", but will introduce a new; bigger and stronger breed of aliens. The film is set to debut in theaters June 8th this summer.

Getting Ready for the Big Dance

The NCAA Men's Division 1-A Tournament bracket otherwise known as "March Madness" was set this Sunday. The tournament consists of 64 teams from throughout the nation, who kept their winning records going throughout the year. This year the No. 1 overall seed went to Kentucky, as they are most people's favorites to win it all. The other three No. 1 seeds are Syracuse in the East, Michigan State in the West, and North Carolina in the Midwest. No. 2 seeds consist of Duke in the South, Ohio State in the East, Missouri in the West, and Kansas in the Midwest. "Packer-land fans" are also happy this year as Marquette received a 3 seed in the West, and Wisconsin a 4 seed in the East. One of the biggest story-lines for this year though is the return of Harvard, as they have made it into the tourney for the first time since the 40's. Many people are now filling out their brackets, and in about a month we will be crowning the next kings of Men's College Basketball.

Super Tuesday in the Bag, still looking for Republican Candidate

This Tuesday ten states went to the polls to vote on who will be challenging President Obama this November for the Presidency. The only four candidates still remaining in the race for the Republican nomination are Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, and Ron Paul. This Tuesday though Governor Romney just hit his stride, winning six of the ten states with victories in Virginia, Vermont, Ohio, Massachusetts, Alaska, and Idaho for a total of 208 delegates to add to his already 203 delegates. Santorum took the silver medal of the night, winning three states in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and North Dakota for a total of 84 delegates. Newt Gingrich struggled winning only Georgia for 72 delegates, but Ron Paul suffered the most with not winning a single state and only earning 21 delegates. The current status of the race as of now is Mitt Romney in first with 411 delegates, Rick Santorum in second with 176 delegates, Newt Gingrich in third with 105 delegates, and in last Ron Paul with 46 delegates. A total of 1,114 delegates are needed to win the nomination and we will sure be crowning the winner in the near future.
-P.S. Rick Santorum is a monkey.
